Final post

This class was fun. I enjoyed coming here everyday. I learned a lot about social networking. I wish we would have gotten to more, but I learned a lot. I'm glade I took this class.

Backround

The back round sites were cool. I had truble useing it. I had truble finding a backround that fit me, so i changed it back which was easyer to change back.

Favicon

Favicon is a cool thing that lets you personalize your web page. It is one of my favorite sites yet, it lets you show your own style. I thought that it was easy to use and fun to do.

Firefox add on's

The firefox add on's are really cool to use. There are many diffrent ones that you can add. I added a weather and a game. The weather was nice to have it showed me what the tempeture was. On the other had the game was very hard to find out how to use. There are many helpful add on's but just like everything there are thoughs that don't.

BabelWith.Me

I like BabelWith.Me, it is a good way to communicate with friends. It is a little hard to use but it is cool how you can change the language to almost any language you can think of.

flipfast

Flipfast is a good way to get your news fast. It shows you magnize that and has them divided in to 4 categories.

google products

I like the all of google products. There are so many to use my favorite is the book product because you can look at any book you want and not have to buy it. The translator is also very cool because you can put any word you want and see it in another language. The map product is nice to use because I like to run and I can find out how far I am running.  I also like the shopping search because you  can see exactly what you want to find.

Symbaloo

Symbaloo is a good book marking site if you are very organized. It also has tabs that can lead you to other sites. I like it but I would never find my sites.

Histats

Histats is a statistics site that shows you more than most counters on blogs can show. You can also show companys to look at it so the will advertiz on your site, and you can make money.

Gagets

You can add any extra thing you want. From music, games, and news. They can be very helpfull to have.

Tagzedo

Tagzedo is a fun and creative way to make word clouds. You can make faces with word you want. You can use an number of words you want to discribe what you want.

Word clouds

When I use word clouds I use them for fun. You can use them to express you self and to show you personality. You can use Wordle, Tagxedo, and Image Chef. I like them all but for different reasons. Companys can use them to discribe there company with many difrent word and point out the ones they want everyone to see in bigger text.

I like using Image Chef because it gives you many options to be creative.  I really like how you can make jerseys and letters in to word clouds.

Social networking

The 3 cites we us were symbaloo, delicious, and diigo. I like them all but I like delicious and diigo the most. Delicious is one of the most orginized cites to bookmark with. Also I like diigo because it shows you the website that the info came from and just not the info. S ymbaloo is cool because they have pages with other topics to pick and lead to new pages.

Social Bookmarking

Social Bookmarking is a good way to have everything you need on your computer any were you are.  There are many cites to use, I like Diigo. Which you can put sticky tags on sites and any one with a Diigo acount can see. They are all really nice to have so you can see all of your favorite cites any were you are and more organized than any other way.

I like the Meez chat rooms. I like the how you can make rooms. I also like how many people you can see using it befor you go in it.  You can also sit and dance why you are in the room.

We used the site Meez. It was better that Vokie. I like that you can make them more like you. I think this is much better than Vokie.

An avitar is a cool little picture that can talk to you.  They can be put as a profile picture. Also they can look like you if u want them to.  You can make them for free on Voki and many other sites. You should try it they can be lots of fun.

How i currently use Social media

I use social media. I like to play games on different sites to take up time. The main sites I like are Facebook and Picnic. I like how easy they are to use. Also you can show your personality and see what other people do.
